DB Account Manager

Amergent is inviting you to apply for the position of Database Account Manager. Based in Peabody, Massachusetts, Amergent has more than 40 years of direct-marketing experience delivering forward-thinking strategies that help our clients change lives and improve our world. About the Position

The Database Account Manager works as a team lead in the Database Account Management department. The Database Account Manager provides direct end-user support to our Portfolio clients and assists in file generation and analysis in support of our clients’ fundraising efforts.

  • Daily/direct client contact
  • Assists in the data extraction and data preparation for client fundraising campaigns, including data enhancement and audience segmentation
  • Perform quality control and data integrity checks on all outputs
  • Assist in designing Report Layouts and formats, enhance existing reports
  • Lead and set agenda for client conference calls
  • Maintain and enhance workflow documentation
  • Manage workflow to meet deadlines
  • Lead client training sessions
  • Assist in software testing
  • Perform other duties as needed

 About You

Experience is essential, but just as vital is a willingness to learn and having a passion about your work.

  • You are an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • You have the ability to prioritize and multi-task project schedules
  • You exhibit meticulous attention to detail
  • You possess good technical skills and aptitude. Requires initiative, flexibility and professional skills in collaborating with Management Staff.  Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

Individuals who are highly successful in this position generally have some combination of the following education and experience.

  • A Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of Non-Profit experience required
  • Strong knowledge of one of the following required:
    • Fundraising software, SQL, Microsoft Report Builder
  • Occasional travel required
