Connecting Donor and Beneficiary
A three-touch year-end mailing to existing donors for the American Indian College Fund focused on a single scholarship student who benefited from donors’ help. Three touches created enough space for donors to get to know the student closely, from his love for his toddler daughter to his devotion to colorful demonstration dances in Native dress. The overarching message: this student was able to stay in school because of your help. By making the donors feel good about their giving, the campaign brought in net revenue more than 75% greater than last year’s year-end campaign.
