As Vice President, Kendra is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and administration of the company's human resources programs. These programs include compensation and benefits, employment, training, organizational development and employee relations. Kendra partners with the senior executive team to develop organizational strategies by identifying and analyzing human resource issues and making recommendations regarding the organization’s strategic thinking and direction. Kendra also establishes human resources objectives in line with the organization’s goals. In addition to being a member of the New England Direct Marketing Association, Kendra also serves on their NEDMA Membership Committee. She is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association, the Society of Human Resources Management, and is involved as a volunteer and member for a number of local organizations in her community. |
