![]() POSITION DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Director, Business Development – Database Services REPORTS TO: President DEPARTMENT: Sales JOB PURPOSE: Identify, develop leads into new client relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES
EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree required. 8+ years sales experience in direct or database marketing with a concentration in fundraising services. Must have MS Office and Powerpoint computer skills and be able to make sales presentations and write proposals. Must have a solid history of closing business in the Non Profit sector. Excellent public speaking skills required. Computer skills, prioritize and communicate effectively (verbally and in writing), and have the ability to make decisions quickly. Travel by car and airplane required. Must be able to distinguish between colors, be good with numbers and have exceptional listening skills.
