JOB TITLE: Database Analyst

REPORTS TO: Manager, Database Accounts

DEPARTMENT: Data Management

JOB PURPOSE: As part of a full service account team, the Database Analyst will be responsible for direct marketing segmentation and analysis in support of our clients' fundraising efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Database Analysis

• Manage the execution of client fundraising campaigns including data enhancement and audience segmentation

• Assist in client reporting and analysis
  

• Interpret reporting needs and provide analytical support to clients and the Account Services team

• Design report layouts and formats, enhance existing reports as needed

• Maintain and enhance workflow documentation

• Perform quality control and data integrity checks on all outputs
  

• Manage workflow to meet deadlines

• Client contact required

• Perform other duties as needed
  

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWELDEGE

Position requires a four-year degree plus a minimum of three-years full time work experience. Individual must possess good technical skills and aptitude. Requires initiative, flexibility and professional skills in dealing with management staff. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of one of the following required; Campaign Management Software, MS SQL, Reporting Services or Access. Industry/Non-profit experience a plus. This is not a programming position.
